Important notes
- Maximum Terms by Service: The “Do It Yourself” plan is available for up to 6 months only. The “Lawyer Review” option is not available for 12-month service fee-only plans.
- Government Fee Requirement: If you choose to include the government fee in your payment plan, please note that your application will not be completed or submitted until the government fee ($760) is fully paid. Payments made toward the government fee will accrue, and once the total reaches $760, we will proceed with completing your application.
- Submission Specifics: If you choose the government fee option, we will submit your application and payment to USCIS on your behalf. If you do not include the government fee in your plan, we will provide you with the complete U.S. Citizenship package, including all completed forms (and lawyer-reviewed documents, if applicable), for you to submit.

How the process works
- Call Us: Start by giving us a call at 1-855-612-5522 to discuss your payment plan options and get personalized assistance.
- Choose Your Plan & Make First Payment: Select the payment plan that best suits your needs and make your first payment. Please note that you will be required to sign our Payment Plan Agreement before your payment can be processed.
- Complete Payments: Once all payments (including the government fee, if applicable) are made in full, we will either mail you the completed U.S. Citizenship application package or send you documents to sign, depending on your chosen service plan.
- Submit Your Application: (after making required payments):
- If you choose the “Do It Yourself” or “Lawyer Review” options and do not include the government fee in your plan, we will mail you the complete U.S. Citizenship package, including all completed forms and lawyer-reviewed documents (when applicable), for you to submit on your own. If you include the government fee in your plan, we will require you to sign the necessary documents, and we will mail your application along with the USCIS payment on your behalf.
- If you chose the “Full Service” option, your application will be e-filed by a lawyer on your behalf once all payments, including the government fee (if applicable), are completed in full.
- If you included the government fee in your payment plan, we will require you to sign the necessary documents, and we will mail your application along with the USCIS payment once the government fee has been fully paid.
Important payment information
As agreed to in your Payment Plan Agreement, if your credit card payment fails, we will notify you via SMS or email up to three times. You will have 30 days to resolve the issue; otherwise, we will consider the account abandoned, close it, and forfeit any monies paid to cover administrative costs and account maintenance. If you encounter urgent issues, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to find a solution. To avoid disruptions, ensure your payment method is always up to date.
